I can make copies for you of the garments you see here in my etsy shop, but to your measurements and in your favorite colors. I can also vary any of the designs you see, adapting the designs to YOUR dreams and aspirations. If you have a vision or wish for any other sort of garment, even if you don't see anything like it among my samples, I can even create that garment. If you wish for me to create any custom, made-to-measure garment for you, I can do it; just send me a message and we will work together to make your wishes come true.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final, unless you and I have agreed to some sort of trial arrangement BEFORE your purchase. With custom-made garments, particularly custom garments that are created from a distance (without on-the-body fittings), there is always at least some chance that you may desire some sort of alteration after you actually try on your finished garment. If, after you try on your custom-made garment, you decide that you'd like it to be longer or shorter or looser or tighter (or ANY other change!), you will have to have your local dry cleaner or alterationist make that alteration for you.

I do want you to LOVE your KathleenTemple, Tailor garments, of course. I invite you to bring ANY concerns or dissatisfaction regarding your KathleenTemple, Tailor purchase to me at any time. If you are not happy with our transaction, I will want to make it right with you!
Payment
I accept PayPal, check, or other payment methods that you and I may negotiate.
Shipping
I will ship your KathleenTemple, Tailor purchase by USPostalService, priority mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance. I will usually be able to ship your custom order to you within a few weeks; let's talk about your timing needs. I would certainly contact you if I foresee any delay as I am working on your custom garment(s).
