PILLOW ORDERS/TOTE BAGS:
No returns, no refunds or exchanges on Pillows or Tote Bags, as each are custom made, each pillow ordered for customers and custom made and drop shipped from my company directly. There are no returns or refunds on Pillows unless damaged. Proof of damage must be provided with photographs.

CUSTOM ORDERS: No refunds are given on custom order enlargement print sizes, no refunds on Canvas Gallery wraps, as they are expensive to produce. NOTE: Canvas prints that have been damaged while in shipping will be replaced.

IMPORTANT OTHER INFORMATION:
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the prints you receive. I professionally calibrate and coordinate my studio monitor with my personal printers and professional photo lab to ensure the best possible results.

CUSTOM SIZES/COLOR/CROPPED PHOTOS or CANVAS PHOTOGRAPHS:
There are NO returns on custom cropped prints or custom sized photographs, and no returns on custom colored photographs.

CANVAS PRINTS: There are no returns on CANVAS Gallery Wraps or Canvas prints as they are expensive to make and have produced. Please make sure of your purchase before ordering.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
I provide USPS UPS and FedEx tracking numbers with every order. I verify that every order has been delivered. Once the package is marked as "delivered", I am not responsible if it is lost or stolen. I can help you file a claim with the postal service, but I will not offer a refund or replacement. If you are concerned about packages being stolen, please notify me before purchase and I can include signature confirmation for $2.50 extra (free for purchases over $50). It is your responsibility, not mine, to contact your postal carrier, postal clerk, postal station, and file the necessary paperwork for lost packages.

DAMAGED PRINTS:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me. I will replace your order if it is damaged, however, you must send me proof or a photograph of the damage, and you must have reported it to me within 3 days of receiving your order.

All credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal. Money Orders and Checks are also accepted. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

I will ship your order listed on your ETSY RECEIPT. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address on the Etsy receipt, I will have to charge you for re-shipping costs.

Prints are shipped within 3 to 4 days of receiving payment. Larger print orders might take a few days longer. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. My prints are sealed inside cello clear package to protect against moisture damage and photographic artwork, prints, cards, are normally shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with USPS tracking numbers and delivery date confirmation notice.

Shipping Large Prints/Posters/Custom Orders:

I do try and ship most of my prints in flat boxes however, very large size prints or posters are sometimes rolled and shipped in a sturdy art tube with tracking numbers via Federal Express or USPS depending on the location and size of the order. I send USPS, UPS or Fed Ex Tracking Numbers on all orders.

To My International Customers:

I ship Federal Express International and USPS International and ship with Tracking Numbers to ensure my orders and packages are delivered. That way I always know when your order has been delivered.

DUTY FEES-CUSTOM FEES-VAT TAXES - VALUE ADDED TAX FEES:

***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship internationally! However, I am NOT responsible for any country's customs charges, tariffs or taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for taking care of any fees that are associated with the shipment. Please check with your customs office and/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.

Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Please contact your local postal office if you have any questions. These fees as stated above, are NOT refunded by me, the seller.

I am also not responsible for any stolen packages once I have proof of delivery through USPS International Tracking and or Federal Express tracking systems.
