Hello! My name is Kate and I love to bead! I've been making Kritters and Beadies for over 15 years. I am always looking for and creating new Kritters and ideas, so feel free to peek often. Each Kritter comes to you on a handmade card that corresponds with their individual personality. If there is something you would like to see, by all means, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you. I am also more than happy to make something in a different color, or any other special request. Usually my Kritters are pins. If you would like earrings, or a necklace, or some other arrangement, please contact me. I am quite sure we can work something out! If you have any other questions, comments, concerns, gripes, groans,or side bars, I would love to know!

If any item breaks in shipping, I will happily replace or repair the item. Just send it back! If you have any other problems or concerns with your purchase, please feel free to let me know. I will do my very best to keep my customers happy! :)
Payment
I like to use PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, just a credit or debit card. Feel free to contact me with any questions! If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me, and we can work out an alternate method.
I will ship your order within 2 days of payment, usually the next day. If payment (PayPal) is not received within 4 days of your order, your item will be relisted.
Shipping
I ship USPS 1st class, or the most cost effective carrier. I will ship your order within 2 days of payment, usually the next day. If you would like your purchase insured, please contact me. But as a rule, I will not insure packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS including Canada will be sent via USPS First Class International Air Mail. Priority mail, Registered mail and/or insurance are available for an additional fee upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally items get held up in Customs and may take up to four weeks for you to receive your orders (regularly its 7 to 14 business days) If you need your items sooner, purchasing a shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Mail and/or adding insurance can help speed up the delivery process :) I appreciate your patience!
