Ordered products and never shipped. Contacted seller with no response. Had to escalate to Etsy arbitration. They issued a refund to me. Ordered products on 7/24/2019. Finally resolved on 8/9/2019.

I prefer PayPal, but also except money orders and personal checks. Please keep in mind a personal check will delay the shipping of your purchase 7 to 10 days, the time it takes for it to clear at the banks.
I offer combined shipping on multiple purchases! Please contact me after making multiple purchases and I'll see if I can give you a better price.
Most orders ship within 1-4 business days; I am closed Saturday, Sunday & any USPS Postal holiday. If you have a specific need by date please be sure to include that information in the message to seller section or contact me.
I do not start working on custom orders until I receive a cleared payment in full.
DOMESTIC ORDERS will ship via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, if you would like to pay extra for Priority shipping please contact me and I will be happy to create a custom listing for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS have been known to take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive at their destination. I have no control over the customs process or time it takes your package to arrive. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. I kindly ask that you allow this time for your package to arrive to your home.
I work very hard to get your items out in a timely manner and ship orders in the order they were received to be fair to everyone. If you need a rush order I do ask that you notify me PRIOR to placing your order to ensure I can meet your needs.
