About

Mugs, bowls, and planters handmade (with love) in Chicago, IL.

Whether given as a gift or bought for yourself, I want using my piece to remind you of positive things: that morning in the mountains drinking coffee with your loved one, fish taco nights with your cousins, or simply sharing desert with your friend. Let the piece take on its own meaning. Share food. Share art. Share stories.

For me, throwing functional pieces with clay is not only a form of artistic expression, it's also a way to incorporate art into our everyday lives. That's the beauty of functional art. It demands a reminder of its meaning repeatedly because you use it. I craft each piece, spending time thinking about the form, coloring, and firing. My hope is for my pieces to find a space in your home, to be used frequently but also to be appreciated as individual works of art.
