Returns and exchanges
Please make your purchase carefully. Every one of my items is lovingly made by hand, and as a small crafter I unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges for a change of mind or heart. Please be aware that all monitors will display colors slightly differently, so there may be a slight variation from what you see on your screen to what you receive.
Payment
Preferred method of payment is PAYPAL at time of purchase. You do NOT need a Paypal account, all you need is a credit card. Immediate payment is much appreciated! :)

I do accept money orders and checks but please convo me to let me know that is your chosen payment method. Please note that non-Canadian checks take 15 business days to clear.

Shipping
I will ship within 3 days of receiving payment. I always ship to your ETSY address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship your bag to another address send me a message.

Here are the estimated shipping time according to CanadaPost:
- Quebec: 3 to 5 days.
- Canada: up to 2 weeks.
- US: up to 2 weeks.
- International: up to 3 weeks.

Please understand that I am not responsible for transit delays and that once your package is out of my hands, I cannot do anything about it.

Shipping fees include postage, bubble envelope, packaging materials, etc. For large items I've included insurance and a tracking number.
