A few years after graduating from UCLA, while still working as a professional designer, I decided to take my passion for handwoven textiles to the next level. I designed a line of handwoven chenille upholstery fabrics & hired designer showrooms around the country to market my fabrics to the interior design trade. As the business thrived and grew over the next 2 decades, I grew restless and dreamed about getting back to my studio to make one-of-a-kind creations.

In 2001, while still running Andria Senini Design, I created some wearable designs and a line of painted yarns. I sold the yarns online and quickly saw the potential and advantages of online marketing. I opened my store on Etsy in 2007, ended my upholstery textile business, and turned my focus entirely to creating wearable accessories.

I'm inspired by a range of materials, and am always experimenting with the play of light on texture and color. I'm not one to stand still -- Each changing season spurs the evolution of creativity in my studio, triggering new experiments with color combinations and new ways of applying my techniques.
