Can you Print a Custom Design?
Unfortunately, yes, I offer any custom prints at the moment.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, our system sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can I change it ?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please Messgae us. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
