Come browse with a cup of tea or coffee and imagine yourself enveloped in a world of beauty, style, and whimsy.

Every piece here is an original and done by hand by the mother-daughter team, Sue and Kat. Our love for beads, books, and art creates quite the studio in our home. One filled to overflowing with colors, textures, laughter, beads, beads, more beads, and two little white dogs curled up or tumbling happily around your feet.

We love to scour bead stores, estate sales, antique shops for unique finds to add to our ever-growing collection of supplies.

We were featured in Etsy Finds: http://www.etsy.com/storque/spotlight/etsy-finds-find-your-repurpose-7959/

I purchased the On The Wing necklace after it was featured on Etsy Finds; in "real life" as online, the necklace is absolutely gorgeous! I've ordered jewelry in the past (ModCloth.com) that looks like good quality metal chain, only to become the disappointed owner of a chintzy lightweight plastic instead. Not here! I am impressed with the quality of pieces that went into this assemblage necklace, and am excited to give this as a gift to my girlfriend across the country...if I don't decided to keep it for myself before then! n nKatsui have great customer service, and I received the necklace in a very reasonable time.

Shop policies

Katsui jewelry is handmade. Our style is eclectic, so it can shift from silver work and crystals to stones and waxed linen. In some pieces we strive for perfection. However, we often use natural materials and repurposed vintage, so you can expect some slight imperfections: lost rhinestones, real patinas, nicks, cracks, etc. We often strive for the conditions of "wabi sabi"- the Japanese art of finding beauty in imperfection and changes over time.
