I bought this bowl for my friend on her one year anniversary of surviving brain surgery. She absolutely loved it!

I LOVE these so much. Great quality, beautiful colors, the photos don't do them justice.

My order was easy to place and FAST shipping added an extra bonus of joy to my experience.

About

Hi I'm Katt and I'm a compulsive puzzle solver that thrives on juggling chaos.

Years ago I made two promises to myself: not to succumb to the daily grind of a 9-5 and to never make something that I wouldn’t want to be part of my world. As a studio production artist vending my wares every weekend and an all ages teacher, I’ve been able to keep both by discovering the most efficient way to make my work.
My studio is a chaotic whirlwind of process and materials. Plaster molds for slip-casting ceramic work tower on shelves next to a perpetually clay speckled pottery wheel. Cups wait for handles, huddled in vast batches across the canvas tabletop, while ceramic brain bowls sit patiently on trays to be glazed. There is always something to do in every step of the clay process.
Cyclical, constant, ceaseless.
Wonder is a key element of my process . Experiencing something new fuels my own practice and informs my teaching philosophy. Why do something if it’s not engaging, if it doesn’t push you forward? This is where the juggling skills are honed.
As a studio artist how can I keep myself engaged in my work, push my own boundaries, AND maintain a stable existence? With a playful openness and merciless persistence, I continue to discover these answers.
