If you don't receive your order
If you don't receive the your order within 3 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.
4. If the parcel is lost, and this confirms a written response to the postal of Ukraine, I do 100% refund.
5. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs. Or I can do refund less shipping coast, government fees and 12% commission
