Welcome! I'm glad you have an interest in cloth diapers! Besides being so adorable they are much nicer for the enviornment and your babys skin! Imagine nothing but simple fabric next to your baby - no harmful chemical names you can't even pronouce! So do yourself, your baby, and your world some good and try cloth!

Cloth diapers aren't difficult - but there is quite a bit of infomation to learn at first!
There are 4 main 'systems' of cloth diapers: All in Ones(AIO)/All in Twos (AI2), Fitteds with a cover, pockets with stuffable inserts, and prefolds with a cover.

Lets talk first about All in Ones - these are as simple as disposables. They have a waterproof layer on the outside and an absorbant layer on the inside. While this option is generally more expensive they are quick and easy. These make great 'daddy diapers' and are also wonderful for grandparents and babysitters because they are easy and one step.

Next is fitteds and covers - This is my main love - I used mostly fitteds and covers - These have many fun prints and a wide range of styles- These involve 1 extra step from the AIO because it doesn't have a waterproof cover on it already. The diaper is just as easy to put on as a disposable but needs a cover added to make it waterproof.

Pocket Diapers are another option. These are similar to the AIO or AI2 in that there is one step to putting it on baby - but after washing you need to stuff the 'pocket' before putting it on baby.

Last is the kind that you have in your head when you think cloth diapers - the old school kind that uses pins and crinkly pants but even this system has come along way. New Snappis take the place of pins and are super easy to use... And now covers are adorably cute and no longer crinkly either.

As I said before - My favorites are fitted diapers - In my shop I sell mostly fitted diapers and AI2s. I can make great recommendation on covers if you need some help there and I can also recommend some laundry detergent that is just perfect for cloth diapers. Please convo me and talk - I love to share info!
