I do not do exchanges or refunds since the measurements are clearly listed on all the listing pages! And I give a reminder to check in the email that goes out after purchase. If you're not sure about your size, please check all measurements BEFORE ordering. If you try to wear nails that are too small they can crack.
If you need help measuring, just ask; I'm happy to help! :D
If there's any other issues contact me and I'll do my best to help you! Returns are not permitted for hygienic reasons. If you didn't measure, or measured wrongly and need different sizes, contact me and I will give you a listing to purchase. Price will vary depending on how many nails you need and the design (Usually $2 per nail, but depending on design)
Shipping and rush order fees are NON refundable!

If you need more than 6 sets of nails please contact me before purchase so I can set up a custom listing with adjusted shipping date!
Etsy does not take the size of the order into account when estimating your ship by dates and large orders need more time!

Please make sure your address is correct! If your package ships to an outdated address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees!

Each order needs approximately 12-16 business days sometimes longer, sometimes shorter depending on order volume. I will update the shipping tab with the current wait time ****PLEASE CHECK SHIPPING TAB FOR CURRENT WAIT TIMES *BEFORE* PURCHASE****
Shipping times are approximate, however you are always welcome to email me to check on the status of your order. Keep in mind everyting is handmade to your specifications when you order so your patience is appreciated! If you need something sooner, contact me and I will do my best to work with you or give you a rush order. If you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority mail (2-3 days) there is a listing for that in my shop. Otherwise I ship First Class.

Domestic (US) shipping is $4. Includes tracking. Orders shipped within the United States will receive delivery confirmation via email.

I cannot be responsible for any international shipping taxes incurred by your mail carrier; these are local taxes and the buyers responsibility! Please do not ask me to lie on customs forms and change the value to gift; postage is printed via Etsy and cannot be altered.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please note, my shipping charges do not just cover postage. They also cover packaging materials (boxes, tapes, labels. baggies, bubble wrap, envelopes, nail glue, files, etc..). This is why my shipping costs are slightly more than the actual postage cost.
I do not and will never profit off of your shipping costs.

The nails you receive may not always be identical to the ones in the photos. Due to the handmade nature of my items, no two sets can and will not ever be exactly the same. That being said, I do try to slightly change things when I can, move something around to another nail, or use a different (but similar) piece! Sometimes my inventory changes; I also get new items all the time. Sometimes I can't always get the exact same items. If something will look better or cuter in place of something else, I will make substitutions occasionally (but will always still keep the same design!)
I think it makes it so much more special when you know you have a completely unique set of nails!
However, if you're totally in love with a particular version of a certain set of nails just let me know and I'll do my best to re-create them for you <3
While I am happy to do custom orders, please do not message me with photos of another artist's work and ask me to copy it. Those type of requests will be ignored. :(
If there is something specific you want on a set of nails just let me know and I'll do my own interpretation.
