5 out of 5 starsVery nice quality. Matches my highlighted/lowlighted hair perfectly. I have very fine blonde hair so the smaller, thinner braid is perfect. I clip the braid in under my natural hair and then wrap it around a bun for an elevated look. Seller is friendly; great communication!

Detailed return policy
Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery. If the item is still in original condition, we will gladly accept the return. After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be made after deducting 25% restocking fee.(for US orders that the shipping fee was included, and 20% fee for any other orders that paid the shipping fee separately.)All custom-orders and hair pieces orders are final sale. All weft hair packs are not returnable if the seal is broken from the bundle. The shipping fee will not be refunded. It is difficult to treat them as the standard products from factories since every items are all specially made for you after you place the orders. But if you do have any issues or concerns with the order, please contact us.
Detailed exchange policy
Returns are accepted when contacted within 3 days of delivery. Discounted/promotional items are still exchangeable with different colors or items. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility(sending and receiving). Only the original condition(unworn, unused) items are exchangeable.
Sending back the item to us
Must send out the item no more than 7 days of delivery date. Kay's Beauty Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
Care instructions
Human hair extensions washing instructions:
Wash these extensions when you need to. Depends how much you wear or use them, you can wash even once in a 6 months if you don't wear them that often.
Fill in a bowl or in sink with lukewarm water and put some shampoo to make "shampoo-water". (Don't put the shampoo directly on to the hair extensions and rub it too much.)
Leave the hair conditioners/mask/treatments on the hair extensions for about 30 minutes and rinse it off with cold water.
You may put on any types of hair treatments, moroccan oils or leave in conditioners to keep the hair moisturized.
Even you don't wash the hair often, we recommend to keep the hair moisturized with products.
What's the order processing time?
Our order processing time is usually in 1-5 business days.
But if it's a custom-order that involves colouring or any types of hair processing(including Wavy Texture option), might take extra 1 day.
*Please note, if we do not hear back from you within 20 days after requesting payments for extra options or any additional costs, we will be sending you the item how the order was made originally.
How long does it take for me to receive the order?
We ship to worldwide and we do offer Express post to anywhere in the world.
After the order processing time(1-5 business days), we will ship via the method of the post you have chosen when you placed an order.
We offer 1, 3, 4, or 6 business days Express post option to US, and 4 to 8 days Express post to EU.
The Standard shipping takes anywhere from 5-15 business days without tracking information.
Is there any custom border taxes when I receive the order?
From the past experiences we have had, shipping to anywhere in the world, including US, EU and AUD, we have not found any of our customers getting charged with fees from the border or the custom.
Although you may or you may not get charged from them and there is no guarantee.
