I don't offer returns of my items. I try to describe my items accurately so you know exactly what you're getting. If an item doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, I will try to refund your money once we have met all the conditions of the shipping company. I know this can be frustrating (My husband and I were in business for over 30 years and dealt with this problem many times), but I'll do my best to work with you so we can get this resolved.

At this time I take Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. At checkout, click on the Paypal icon and you will be redirected to Paypal. Click the "I do not have a Paypal account" and follow the instructions.

Payment must be made within 2-3 days. Items are shipped after payment is received and/or cleared.

Right now I'm using USPS. All shipping to the U.S. will include Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. This is for the protection of both you, as the buyer and me, as the seller. If you would rather I check the prices of UPS for shipping, ask and I'll see what I can do.
I ship on Monday's and Thursdays right now. Since I live in the country, if you buy on Monday or Thursday it may not get shipped till the next shipping day, depending on whether I can get to town after your purchase or not. If time is of the essence, ask and I'll see what I can do to accomodate you.

Because the weight of my items can be so different, I have tried to calculate as close as I can what shipping will be. It may seem a little high, but glass is heavy and delicate. Therefore, my shipping also includes the packaging materials, however I try to keep it at a minimum for those materials, depending on the item's size and weight. I do try to recycle packaging materials if possible to keep the cost down.

If you are outside the Continental U.S. (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, etc.) please e-mail/convo me first for shipping rates. I'm not familiar with those areas and so the shipping may be a little higher, since my glass is heavy.

If you desire something in a different color or style, ask and I'll see if I have it in stock or can get it made quickly for you. If it is something "special order" a 50% nonrefundale deposit will be required and the balance due before shipping. Also, if you change your mind, the deposit will be forfeited.
