I take great pride in my designs and the quality of my products. It is very important to me that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied please contact me immediately. Once I have authorised the return the product must be posted within 3 days of receipt. (preferably by secure shipping as I take no responsibility for lost parcels being returned. Once received , in it's original condition, I will refund the full amount for the product.

Note: this does not include original or return shipping costs. Unfortunately I am unable to provide refunds for custom orders.

Within Australia I accept payments via PAYPAL and direct bank deposit. Please contact me to arrange a direct deposit.

For international orders I currently accept payments via PAYPAL only.

Payment at time of purchase is required.

Within Australia all goods are sent by registered post and are fully insured.

If you would like me to send via express post, please email me and I can revise the invoice.

Postage usually takes between 3-6 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

I will ship anywhere in the world.

Unfortunately, international postage is expensive everywhere. I send all items (except phone cases) registered which costs about $5 more than regular first class airmail. I figure it's well worth it as it gives me piece of mind that it's going to get to you and if it doesn't it's insured.

If you don't want me to send it registered I can refund $5, but I take no responsibility for lost items.

According to Australia post, international takes between 7-10 working days. This will vary depending on where you are, your postal system, customs, time of year, natural disasters and postal hiccups and strikes. Sometimes things get hungup, please be patient if it takes a bit more time.

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

I'm not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. I use the address on Etsy.

Unfortunately, I cannot ship as "gift" on the customs order as it's a illegal and I'm the one who would have to pay the fines.

Please note that I have no intention of misrepresenting items or how I do things. I take great care to ensure each item is properly represented with dimensions, photos, descriptions, etc.

Please keep in mind color varies widely between computer monitors. It is the nature of internet commerce and unavoidable.
