If your item does not arrive to you in the condition that is listed I will offer you a refund. To receive a refund you must mail the item back to me using the same methods that I used.

If there are any issues with your item (such as damages or losses) please contact me as soon as possible and I will be more than happy to help.

If you have a change of mind regarding an item I am also happy to provide a full refund, provided that the item is returned to me in the condition that it was mailed to you and within 14 days of purchase. Please mail the item back to me using the postage method that I used when mailing to you.

Currently Paypal and Direct Checkout are my accepted methods of payment.

***DOMESTIC ORDERS - AUSTRALIA***

Domestic orders (within Australia) will be posted using Australia Post - standard postage ($2 for large letter up to 125 grams in weight).

If you would like a faster method of postage (such as Express Postage) or Registered Post please feel free to message me and I can provide you with an updated price.

Items which are greater than or equal to $100 in cost will automatically be mailed using Registered Post to ensure that they can be tracked whilst in transit.

I will also happily combine shipping for you if you purchase multiple items from me. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the items. Please feel free to message me and I can provide you with a quote.

Generally I can fit:
- Several small items (e.g. up to four pairs of earrings) in a large letter envelope (<2cm thickness) up to 125 grams
- Several larger items (>125 grams) in 500g Australia Post Satchel (for $8.00 including tracking) or;
- Several larger (and heavier items) in an Australia Post 3kg Satchel (for $11.70 including tracking).

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***

For international orders I ship using Australia Post. This method of postage takes approximately 15 - 30 business days without tracking. I can generally fit several pairs of earrings (approximately 4 pairs of earrings based on weight of minerals) in a large letter for $2.75 (up to 50 grams weight).

If you would prefer a faster method of shipping or tracking please message me and I can provide you with a quote.

Items which are greater than or equal to $100 in cost will automatically be mailed using Pack and Track International ($23.20) to ensure that they can be tracked whilst in transit.

Additionally I can combine shipping on some items (based on size and weight). Please feel free to message me about the items you're interested in an I can provide you with a quote.

If your country is not listed on the item listing please feel free to message me for a postage quote. I am currently working on offering more specific postage options to more countries in each of my listings, but generally a flat rate of $2.75 covers most (if not all) countries.

Customs and duty fees / taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark items as gifts when I complete customs forms as this is against Australian law.

***JEWELLERY***

Earrings, ribbon bows and other small jewelry items will be mailed in small sturdy card envelopes. I strive to keep my shipping costs down by not using decorative gift boxes. Please be aware that if the item exceeds 2cm in thickness the item will need to be posted as a parcel and will incur higher postage costs.

***MAILING TIMEFRAMES***

I visit the post office several times a week so your item will be mailed out ASAP once payment has been received and a shipping address has been provided. In terms of postage times these will vary dependent on your location. Approximate shipping timeframes are as follows:

Within Australia: Approx 5 - 10 business days (Australia Post)
International: Approx 15 - 30 business days (Australia Post).
