Payment
Payment through Paypal needs to be made within 24 hours of purchase. All unpaid items after 24 hours will be re-listed in my store.

Due to a few unfortunate experiences, I can no longer accept checks.
Shipping
All prints are shipped in a cardboard mailer with a cardboard backing for protection.

I ship 1st class mail with tracking to the United States and 1st class everywhere else. There is no tracking when I ship outside of the US so if you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority International for a flat rate of $12.95, please contact me so I can arrange for a revised invoice.

Also, I ship according to the PayPal address (which is how I print out my shipping labels). If you would like me to ship to another address, I am happy to do so but you need to make it clear in the "message to seller" where you would like it shipped to.


I do not ship until all payments have been made and cleared. I ship 1 - 5 days after payments have been cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days of receipt in the same condition for an exchange or full refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm pretty flexible...if you would like a size I do not have listed, different color backgrounds, etc., please do not hesitate to ask. If you need a specialized shipping options, I'm glad to go to the post office and give the most reasonable quote.
