keatskrafts' Shop Policies
I believe in making a natural quality product from natural quality ingredients, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them!
I accept Paypal payments, Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards.
I ship items using the United States Postal Service. I attempt to make and ship the products within 3-5 business days of receiving notice of purchase, but please see shipment estimates on each individual listing for specifics. As all my products are fresh-made when ordered, occasional delays may occur depending on the size or specificity of the order. However, if any delay will occur, the buyer will be promptly notified!
As the shop gets busier (yaaaaaay!) processing times sometimes increase. Please note that I attempt to update listings and processing times when this is the case. If you ever need something in a hurry or have a question about how long it will take, please contact me!
If you would like a custom order, please use the "custom order" tab to start a conversation about it! With custom orders, please understand that more time is usually required, but I will work diligently with you to get your custom made product to you as quickly as possible!
Refunds and Exchanges
Given the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns. However, if there is any issue with what you receive, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will resolve the issue as quickly as I can!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am an avid recycler and re-user, and I try to use packaging and containers that make this easy for my customers, as well. Upon receiving your package, you may find your goods wrapped in styrofoam peanuts, brown paper, bubble-wrap, or many other things. These are ALWAYS reused from supplies that I order, and or wrapping that I have around the house. You may occasionally find a paper grocery bag ripped up to wrap your products in, or another business name on some padding used. I hope that you take this as a compliment and accept it as part of my shop's commitment to protecting the environment as much as possible!
