Kecky is doing what she can+I do not know the ways with running a shop. But… I ordered June 1. June 9: I wondered about my order. I contacted Kecky about its condition. No reply. I read that her store closed to catch up on orders. Ok. I’ll wait! No response. I’m part of the order, in a sense; your current buyers expect contact! I worried about a scam. The silence+shop closing down is what scams do. June 21: I receive an Item Pre-Transit notif from Etsy. To arrive July 1. July 4: no update. Item Pre-Transit. I’m certain I was scammed. I put in a case, no response. Then a formal Etsy case to refund. July 6: it ships! July 9, I had this pin! Looks perfect. BEST pin! I understand if you’re busy; if you ship and USPS forgot to scan; if it takes time to make. But I need to know! So buyers, you’ll get your item. Just wait!

I love my Otabek keychain. I had to get it along with my Yurio keychain to complete the set, because you can’t have one without the other. The quality of the keychain is solid and it looks exactly as advertised. The packaging was also adorable, complete with “Yuri!!! Under the Sea card stock in the background and plastic to keep it safe. The creativity of the items in this shop is beyond amazing and I love the work put into it. I’m a repeat customer and I highly recommend this shop to others.

This keychain is adorable and the art is the perfect impression of Yurio and his personality. The quality is solid and I love it. I also got an Otabek keychain to complete the set and the quality of both it fantastic. The product looks exactly as pictured and the packaging was adorable, complete with it’s own themed background card stock and plastic wrap. I highly recommend this item.

My notebook is exactly what I wanted. It’s better than what I expected. I wasn’t expecting such a soft cover, but I love it. The pattern is high quality and it looks exactly as advertised on the description. The quality of this notebook is solid. You would have to work very hard to break or destroy it because it is that well made. I am more than satisfied with this product and highly recommend this shop. My item arrived quickly and I am a repeat customer and for a good reason, my expectations were met again and again.
