How can I add my personalized information to the order?

Please add personalization information in the Note Section to seller. Custom orders cannot be processed without the needed information such as name, established date, photos, logos, and etc.

Please provide the content to avoid a processing delay. If content has not been received within 7-10 days, the order will be cancelled. Content may be provided via conversation (messenger) or emailed to kdfaison@gmail.com

Sizing details

Before ordering, please refer to the sizing chart. No refunds on custom or personalized items.

Will sales tax apply?

Sales tax will be added for all NC orders

What's the processing time?

Please allow 7-14 days for production as we customized each design to order. Because most of our products are custom orders, all sales are FINAL> No refunds on custom orders.

What's your shipping policy?

All shipping will be via USPS Priority mail or First Class. Most products will ship within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. This may vary depending on the current workload we are experiencing.

Domestic purchased weighing up to 16 oz. are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking. Items weighing over 16 oz. are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which included tracking.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to report the damage. Must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored. After 7 days has passed, claims for damage can not be processed. Damaged items may be replaced at the sole discretions of KEDesignsIt. Photos are required for all damaged good.
