Video summary: Here is a quick video of some of my work.

Journey and Discovery

As and Air Force kid we moved around fairly often. I think because of this I tended to day-dream a lot. I had to get these images in my head down on paper and began drawing and building models out of paper.
Paper and pencil turned into life drawing, but pencil wasn't good enough, I needed colr. So I turned to painting (because digital drawing was still in it's infancy at best).
Acrylic, water color and oh boy, Oil Painting.
At the university I studied the masters, and wanted to paint like them.
Any true artist invests more than just time into creating, it's an event, an adventure, and a journey.

Have you ever bought something online and it seems to take forever to arrive, the anticipation is high, and you check the mailbox or porch every day to see if it's there?

Often this journey begins with a picture in ones head, perfect of course and completed.
But, the process of taking an image in ones head and recreating it in real life can be stressful at times, and corrections must be made, the ego challenged, and confidence maintained.
But then that moment you've been waiting for arrives and the piece is completed! It's joy, elation, a journey completed.

Everything I create draws from some or all of the journey events, but then I send it away. It's a complicated feeling to spend time and energy on an artwork and then release it, for someone else to enjoy....a bitter sweet parting.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

I will provide you with a mock-up/example of your customized item prior to purchase for your approval.
Customized items therefore are not available for return.


Refunds and replacements will not be provided for late or delayed shipments while in transit. Tracking information will be provided for all purchases, but sometimes USPS does not provide tracking updates in a timely manner, especially during the Christmas Holiday shipping season.

In some cases the transit company (USPS, UPS or Courier-International) may have mishandled the product damaging it. In the even your purchase was damaged in transit, buyer must comply fully in a timely manner (2 days) with sellers insurance policy before a replacement is re-shipped. Failure to comply with insurance replacement may further delay or in some cases negate a replacement. If a replacement has been authorized by the seller, the seller will pay the shipping charges for the replacement.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of purchase arrival.
Returns must be received within 15 days of Authorized request with the following additions:
1) Item must be received in new condition. (Please utilize shipping insurance)
2) All associated items shipped with the item must be included in return.
3) Damaged items may not receive full refund of item purchase price, shipping costs are non-refundable.
4) In some cases at seller's discretion a 15% restocking fee may be applied to refund.
5) Unauthorized returns will not receive a refund.
6) Customized items (not including Patronus on inside lid) are not returnable.

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be shipped on the listed ship date or customer will be notified of delayed ship date with a reason.

DAMAGES

USPS provides tracking on all packages, however sometimes tracking is not updated by USPS in a timely manner and INTERNATIONAL tracking does not update while overseas in transit.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard US - When you are ordering in advance of the "need to have it" (2-9 days).

Priority US - When you need it within 1-3 days of ship date.

Standard International - 10-20 business days.

Priority International - 6-10 business dayss


CANCELLATIONS of CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

Cancellation of a customized order: 50% of purchase price (not including shipping) is forfeit. The remaining purchase price + shipping will be refunded.

If during or prior to production buyer requests upgrades (painting, staining, etc.) additional charges will be required to complete order.
