Posted are all items ready to ship -- I do love custom orders though so please message me if you have an idea or request.

Payment is available through etsy credit card check out and through PayPal.
I ship via USPS first class mail. My packages make it to most U.S. destinations in just a few days, but if you need something expedited, please message me. I will respond very quickly and work out the best delivery option for you. It's best if you contact me *before* checking out, so I can adjust the shipping charges.

I guarantee shipment within 3 days of purchase, but in most cases, items will be sent the following weekday after purchase.

Insurance is not included, however, if you wish to insure your package you may do so for an additional charge. Please message me before purchasing and I will edit your listing to reflect the insurance charge.

All items are shipped using Etsy shipping; addresses entered by the buyer that are incorrect or not verified by the post office are not the responsibility of the shop owner. If the buyer chooses not to buy insurance, no refund will be given if the item is tracked as delivered yet claimed to not be received.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.

If you experience a problem with your item, please message me and I will deal with it on a case by case basis. Repair may be possible and I will do my best to make the transaction satisfactory.

If the item is damaged during shipping and the buyer did not purchase insurance, the seller will not issue a refund.
