Keep It Candy Events LLC

Keep It Candy Events LLC was established in 2013 as Edible Weddings & More LLC. In 2016 we changed our name to better fit what we do as we are much more than weddings. Currently located in Richmond, Virginia we have shipped our candy creations to over a dozen countries worldwide and 48/50 states (Idaho and New Mexico buyers ask about a discount, you're our last two!) We also service the state of Virginia between Richmond and Washington D.C. for custom candy buffets.

We specialize in creating lollipop bouquets, centerpieces, favors and accessories for every type of occasion and holiday. We are happy to create custom orders and match different color schemes and themes.

Jamie and AJ were married in 2012 and instead of using flowers they decided on candy instead for their Halloween themed wedding. Three months later a whole new line of goodies were created and we opened our Etsy shop. Since then we have added over 200 products to our online stores and we continue to grow!

Returns and exchange details
Due to the fact that we order materials very quickly returns are given within the first 48 hours of order placement only. I order all candy as soon as possible for the quickest turn around!

Custom orders - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for a design asked for by a customer. Candy cannot be returned due to its edible nature. Thank you!

No refunds for lollipop colors - we do not manufacture them and do not have any control of various hues!

If your item arrives damaged please message us with pictures of the damaged shipping box as well as the damaged item immediately. We will then make a claim accordingly with the shipping company and resolve the issue via refund upon payment from them or we will replace the item if possible.

From below's FAQ section:
Q: What if my order arrives broken?
A: Please message us ASAP, we will create and send a new bouquet as soon as possible. We do require photos of the damage for our records and insurance purposes of both the damage to the product and the packing.
Payment
We currently accept payment via Paypal and direct checkout through Etsy.
Shipping
Insurance is automatically included in your shipping and all of our items are packed with lots of love and care! We primarily ship via USPS but do use Fedex in some cases as of 01/2016 for domestic orders. Our international orders vary between USPS and UPS.

*Our items can be very heavy and expensive to ship, we re-use boxes that our candy arrives to us in in an effort to pass the savings on to you!

CHOKING WARNING: Keep it Candy Events LLC products may contain small candies that are not recommended for small children as they are a possible choking hazard (small suckers, jelly beans and other small pieces.)

ALLERGY ALERT: Many of the lollipops and other candies used are made in a factory that also produces peanut products.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs:)

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! However, any extra duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: We primarily use USPS 2 day priority mail and first class mail. Occasionally FedEx or UPS may be used.

Q: Can I add shipping insurance?
A: It is automatically factored into your shipping price.

Q: Do you make your own lollipops?
A: Not currently. Whirly Pop is a trademark of the Adams and Brooks Candy Company. I am always looking for another small business to work with who does make them though, feel free to contact us!

Q: Do you sell just the candy and jars?
A: We are not currently licensed to resell candy. You can find some custom made candy jars in our shop.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?
A: Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately make an insurance claim with the courier used. A replacement item, or refund will be provided on a case by case basis.

Q: Can this be thrown like a traditional bouquet?
A: Well, yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. A great idea is to keep the bouquet in a bird cage with a lock and give out keys to guests. Or give the lucky gal a fun custom t-shirt!
