5 out of 5 starsVery nice & fragrant. The only down side is that it is so hot in south Louisiana that they were starting to melt. They still have a great shape and I put them in the fridge now they are perfect again. Thanks for a cute unique and fast gift! I will be ordering from you again!

Zelda felted soaps!

Making things I love to keep my sanity.
I was raised by a geek and a seamstress. My dad and I would watch Doctor who and Star Trek when I was little and my mom would make me clothes for my dolls. My neighbor had a NES that he would let me play and when we got told to turn it off we would go read comics and play with action figures. I traveled the world with my dad and went to endless craft shows with my mom. Obviously I would grow up to be a geek who liked to make geeky things to make other geeks smile.
I dabble in a little bit of everything but when one of my friends taught me to make soap a few years ago I was hooked. The scents and the colors and the textures were endless. I m not a huge fan of traditional perfumy scents that you find in stores so I started hunting down more unique scents...fresh cut grass, beer, apples, bacon, chocolate, sea air. Then I found a tutorial for felting soap. I live in a farming area so there is a store the next town over that sells every color roving imaginable. At first I was horrible at it...then I got better...then I started playing with needle felting different designs onto the soaps. I still hadn't found my niche. As I was watching Doctor Who one day I decided to try felting a bow tie on a soap just for the hell of it...then I tried a sneaker, then the tardis and then a weeping angel...and I showed my friends. They loved them! It was then I decided what I needed to do.
