Your order will be shipped only after full payment has been received.
Current processing time is 1-2 weeks prior to shipment for most items (Certain items may have a longer processing time. Please double check the listing for the current processing time on that item).
Orders are shipped out 1-2 weeks from purchase date.
This means your order will be processed & shipped, NOT received, within the 1-2 weeks timeframe.
If you need this item sooner than that timeframe, rush processing is available at checkout. Rush processing guarantees shipment within 1-3 business days with USPS priority mail. If you need overnight shipping, please contact us and we will get back to you with your options on the same or next business day
Be sure to include you deadline in the note to seller box at checkout.
Being the nature of the business is handmade items, occasionally orders are subject to delays. We do our very best to get all orders out on time!
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link. (No tracking links available for international orders)
Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within the US in 2-6 business days. Any orders with a total weight of 1 pound or more are sent USPS priority 1-4-day mail, FedEx Home Delivery 1-7 business days, USPS Parcel Select Ground or FedEx SmartPost. Any items less than 1lb are shipped via USPS first class mail.
We are not responsible for shipping timelines with USPS holiday closures. It is customer responsibility to take any holidays into consideration when purchasing.
Due to the nature of Etsy’s shipping calculation system, variations in shipping cost may occur, of which klsd reserves a right to request the balance to be paid by the customer in order to complete their order.
WE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office or other shipping carrier. If you would like to purchase insurance, please do so at checkout. For higher valued items, we HIGHLY recommend you do this.
We WILL NOT personally refund you for damaged, late or lost items.
If you would like to retrieve your money back for a damages or lost item, please use your tracking number at USPS.com or Fedex to file a claim.
We do not take personal liability for returned packages. If a package is returned to our office for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-shipment. If failure to pay for re-shipment, the item will be help at our office indefinitely.
All International orders purchased with standard processing are shipped via First class International mail which is a 7-21 business day window. International express orders are shipped with International priority mail which is shipped via 6-10 business day mail. **These do not reflect processing times **
We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Keep life simple design is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Please note - All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the size of our signs, we are not able to use flat rate shipping boxes.
Additional policies and FAQs
COMMUNICATION: We communicate with our customers strictly through Etsy. We highly recommend that you leave ALL pertinent information regarding your order in the Notes to Seller section at checkout to ensure quickest turn around time. If we have questions regarding your order we will message you on Etsy and await your response prior to processing your order. Not answering our messages will delay the processing time.
We will make 2 attempts to contact you regarding your order details if clarification is needed.
--After the 2nd attempt, we will allow 7 business days for response before shipment. Item will be sent out as shown in purchase listing and/or as noted by customer invoice. We take no personal liability if item received is not what you desired after these above attempts to be contacted have not been addressed.
--If we DO NOT have enough information to complete an order (to our best discretion):
We will wait 30 days after 2nd attempt to contact the customer before marking an item as complete. If customer does not reply within those above guidelines, KLSD reserves the right to clear the item from the open order queue.
