Welcome to Keepsakes by Janell. In my shop you will find a little bit of everything from Custom Invitations, Announcements, Thank You Cards, Basic Photo Editing, Custom Photo Collages and so much more. If you don't see what you are looking for but have an idea or example just convo me and we can set up a private sale for just for you. So, take a look around.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Since you will receive a proof on any item I make and approve the proof before it is sent out I can not offer refunds or exchanges. Because these are custom made I also can not make a refund as these would not be able to be sold to anyone else. Once it is finalized it can not be changed.
Payment must be made before I begin working on your item(s). I accept PayPal only.

PayPal payments are expected within 3 days.
Most items cost $5.00 to ship and you will receive a Delivery Confirmation number. Depending on the size of your purchase it could cost a little more to ship. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made.

Insurance is recommended but not required. Once a package leaves my hands and in the hands of the Postal Service it is no longer my responsibility.

If you are purchasing an item that is Digitally Delivered the shipping will be FREE.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once I have completed working on your item(s) I will email you the proof, this can take 24-48 hours. Please make sure everything is as you requested. If there is a correction to be made I will make it. I will not be satisfied until you are satisfied.

For Custom Invitations please place your order 3-4 weeks (or more if you wish) before the event. This allows me time to make your request, for you to approve it and it be finalized, to be printed and mailed out. If you need a "rush" on the order I do charge an additional fee...please convo me for details.

All Custom Invitations, Announcements and Thank You Cards are sized for 4x6. Envelopes will be provided unless you choose to have your item digitally delivered.

If you are including a photo for your Custom Invitation, Announcement or Thank You Cards they will be printed on quality 4x6 photo paper. If you do not wish to have a photo included then they will be printed on quality 4x6 card stock paper. **please note: if you are including a photo but would rather have your item printed on the 4x6 card stock paper just let me know.

Once you have approved the proof I will not be able to make anymore changes.

I do accept Custom Orders, so if you do not see what you are looking for just convo me.

***PLEASE NOTE: On Custom Orders I do require a Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% down.
