Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of seed and the inability for me to know your growing conditions, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds. All current year seed is rigorously tested for germination before sale, to ensure that your seed is viable for this growing season.

Any previous year seed (2016 and back) listed is purchased at the buyer's risk (hence the discounted price), although older seed is also germination tested, the germination rates might not be as high as current year's seed.

If none of your seed germinates from your package, please send me a message. I'll be happy to send a replacement at no cost.
Payment
I accept paypal, and payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Please note that I do not send receipts in order to help conserve paper.
Shipping
All shipping is done via Canada Post, and shipping is never increased when you order more than one kind of seed.

Seeds are sent in a protected envelope with padding in order to ensure your seeds don't get crushed.

PLEASE NOTE: I am happy to ship seeds anywhere in the world, but it is up to you to verify that your country accepts seeds via the mail. I do not hold phytosanitary certificates, and if your country doesn't accept seeds without this certificate, there's a chance they could be stopped at the border. In reality, this only seems to be a problem with large quantity of seed, but I highly suggest you look up your country's seed importation laws if you're concerned.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my seeds are open pollinated or heirloom varieties - I do not offer any sterile hybrid seeds.

I test all my seeds rigorously for germination, before sale, so be assured they are germination-ready. This is to ensure that you don't get any bum seeds in your package! I harvest all my seeds myself, and go through careful drying and fermenting (if needed, ie. for tomatoes) to ensure they are viable seed.

While I am not certified by any agency for organics, I only use organic practices in my garden. All seeds are heirloom/open pollinated, and the plants are grown using only natural organic fertilizers and methods.

Please note: while I take every effort to ensure you top-quality seed with high germination rates, I cannot predict your seed starting or growing methods. Variation in germination may result because of this.
