    New policy: For shipments to Canada 6/28/16: I want to inform you of the possibility of delayed shipments to, from, and within Canada beginning on July 2 as a result of a service disruption caused by an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post. The disruption will affect all shipments that are handled by Canada Post. This includes shipments into Canada from other national carriers like USPS and Royal Mail.

    Returns and exchanges
    I want to work to find a solution that will make you happy, so feel free to contact me if anything is wrong. Let me know within 72 hours if something is wrong with your order, or if you are unhappy with it. With the exception of custom orders, you will be given a full refund once I have received the order back in its original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. Just send me an email to start the communication going, let’s work out a solution.
    Payment
    Payment is accepted via PayPal only, five (5) business days after purchase. If you do not pay within this time (or send notification of intent to pay outside of this time line), the order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

    I will accept cancellations if I have not yet shipped the item. Email me to find out. If the order has already shipped, let's talk about it. It would be the responsibility of the buyer to pay all shipping costs if they have initiated the cancellation of a sale.

    I will use your shipping information for your shipping address (etsy policy on shipping), unless you specifically go out of your way to make it very obvious to me that you really want the work shipped somewhere else.
