4 out of 5 starsTwo corners of the picture were bent, but they will be behind the picture mat, so no issues. The picture is gorgeous! Ken offered to replace the photo, but I kept the one I received because the corners are covered with my picture mat.

The second print was minorly dimpled but considering the size of the print I ordered (30x40) and the fact that it was travelling as far as it did, it's just fine. The quality and clarity of the print on metal is gorgeous and I love seeing it every day. Thanks, Ken!

Shipping Costs have increased dramatically over the past year. If you need your print sooner, please message me. Faster shipping does not increase processing time.
Shipping Time depends on the product type ordered and where you live typically 2 to 5 days.
Lustre Prints are typically shipped in 2 business days.
Canvas Gallery Wraps are shipped in 3 to 7 business days.
Metal Prints are shipped in 4 to 5 business days.
Most all products are shipped USPS, FED EX or USP Ground. Shipping time can take 2 to 5 days depending on where you live. Contact me and I can be more specific on shipping times.

Canvas Prints

Metal Prints
• Turn your images into vibrant works of art with ultra-high definition colors, intense blacks, and a unique, luminescent finish.
•Your Metal Print comes ready to hang using a black shadow mount for prints up to 12x18 and a float mount hanger on prints 16x20 or larger.
• Metal Prints are 1mm thick and are finished with a protective white gloss.
• Approx 4-5 days of processing time before product is shipped
Print Sizes
Most prints have a original 3 by 2 ratio for prints sizes 8x12, 12x18, 16,24, 20x30 and 24x36.
Print sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x30 and 30x40 require the original print to be cropped. So the actual print will look slightly different than the one shown.
If the print you are looking for does not have these dimension options, you can contact me directly. It may be that I do not believe that particular print can be cropped and still look ok.
Panorama Prints are a 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 ratio and those prints only come in the sizes shown for each product. It may be possible to provide an additional size for these prints. Just contact me
