REFUND POLICY: I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund, minus shipping charges both ways.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is damaged in transit to you, please let me know as soon as you get it so I can file insurance with the shipper, and I can get a new one out to you quickly!

HOW TO PACKAGE RETURN ITEMS: If/When return shipping, please make sure they are packaged at least as well as they came to you - many times you can re-use the packaging materials I used to return items safely.

You may pay through Etsy direct checkout or via Paypal. If you would like to cancel an order, please message me to see if I've shipped the item before doing so. If I have not shipped the item yet, you are more than welcome to cancel the order! If I have, you can return it for only the cost of shipping fees both ways.

I ship most items via the United States post office either First Class mail or Priority Mail. Larger items or items of very high value (Over $500), I ship via UPS ground.

Each item is marked with a 'ships within' time frame. Many times, the items ship faster than these time frames, but occasionally take the entire processing time frame before I am able to ship them. If you need an item to ship faster, you can usually just send me a conversation, letting me know and I will try to get it out faster! If it needs expedited shipping to get there on time, I can give you a quote on what that would cost.

*** For anyone ordering outside the United States *** I don't have shipping prices listed for most items to international customers but I have and DO ship outside the US. Simply send me a message and I will give you a shipping quote. Many times, shipping to Canada is only a few dollars more than my shipping amount to the US.

I have several different types of reproductions in my shop in various sizes. If you love an item, but it is not listed in the type of reproduction you'd like, usually I can make the other type for you, but I just don't have it listed!

TYPES of REPRODUCTIONS:
Archival Paper Reproduction: This is a limited edition reproduction of one of my original acrylic paintings, printed on archival photo paper on an EPSON Stylus Pro 3880 printer. These items come unframed in a plastic sleeve with a protective backing board in the sleeve to keep the item safe for shipping. You will need to provide the frame for these items for hanging. These generally ship within 1-3 business days

Large Format Archival Paper Reproduction: These are large-format limited edition reproductions of my original paintings. They are usually full-scale reproductions of the original painting (the same size as the original). Though, you can many times request a custom size! These are printed with archival inks on archival photo paper, ready to be framed. Comes rolled in a tube, unframed. You will need to add your own frame. These are more cost-effective than the larger Giclee Canvas Reproductions, but just as high-quality. I only have a select few of my items listed in this type, but I am happy to give you a quote for others - just send me a conversation!

Mounted Reproduction: These are limited edition reproductions printed on the same paper as my Archival Paper Reproductions. They are cut to size and mounted to a 1.5" deep cradled birch wood panel. The edges of the panels are painted black and these items are ready for you to hang. No need for framing! These items usually ship within 2-5 business days.

Giclee Canvas Reproduction: These items are reproductions of my original paintings printed on canvas and 'gallery wrapped' around a 2" thick stretcher bar. They give the feeling of an original painting without the higher price tag! These are printed outside my studio and require more processing time (up to 10 business days) and ship directly from the printer to you. These items come with hanging wire on the back. Ready to hang and there is no need for a frame!
