my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with the locket. it was packaged with love, one could tell. however, within minutes of putting the necklace on my granddaughter, the chair broke. sadness was avoided as I found a little chain in my jewelry drawer that could be used. so, I have to give Kenna's world one star.
I must revisit my first review. Kenna's etsy site deserves a 5 plus star review. she reached out to me after the review and asked what she might do to rectify the situation. I recommended replacing the fragile chain with a more sturdy version. Kenna instead replaced not only the chain with a sturdier version but also added another lovely locket to the sturdier chain... this is really really extraordinary customer service and the product is lovely. -

For my birthday someone got me a jewelry making kit, and I found out how much I loved to make jewelry.
I started to sell jewelry to friends and then at a school craft fair; my dad suggested I open my own shop. So I did!
