The crate protectors were made of a more flimsy plexiglass/plastic sheeting than I'd been expecting, but that's no problem at all. Very easy to snap into place onto the bars + squeeze the clasps closed to secure them in place. Fit nicely + very easy to remove. Do their job protecting the bars of the crate and also helpful in preventing my ferrets from squeezing through. The bars are too narrow to squeeze through anyway, even for ferrets, which has always been an issue for me finding the perfect enclosure, but the protectors are nice to have. The biggest pro for me is, if you know ferrets, you know they like to potty in corners, so this prevents spillage out of the crate if they miss their litter box, and then you can easily remove the liners and wash them with soap and water. Perfect product, 10/10.

Perfect! Great size. I will be upgrading in the near future, another crate; increase space. 6 ferrets, all fit comfortably in largest crate. Another crate, perfect addition for ferret room. Crate high up enough that limo rats cannot jump out. Be beware. If you have no top to crate, have objects in crate that ferrets can climb up on; a dog bed, they can use that to get up high enough to jump out. After using crate for couple weeks with no incidents, one of my cat snakes was able to jump out of the crate using the aforementioned dog bed to climb up. Smartest ferret I've ever had so in all honesty it was inevitable haha. Bars narrow enough ferrets can't squeeze through. Very easy assembly+disassembly. Literally PERFECT. Seller was incredibly accomodating, communicative, fast, and even gave discount. So lucky to have found this shop

This is my second purchase from Steve, and I couldn't be more thrilled. The lid is beautiful, and surprisingly lightweight for how sturdy it is. Unfortunately, our large pup was able to knock the included clips loose, but Steve brainstormed several great solutions and provided us with extra closure options after I contacted him for help. Thanks to him, we now have an attractive, secure enclosure that functions exactly how we need it to.

This pen is awesome!! And Steve was absolutely amazing!! I purchased the 48 inch kennel a few years ago, and I recently wanted to extend the pen. I contacted Steve and told him what I was looking for, and he crafted exactly what I was looking for. He even replaced a panel at no additional cost to me when it appeared that the new panel holes didn’t line up with the old pen. I cannot say enough about how amazing this pen is! Thank you, Steve! A great piece of work from Kennelmaster. My puppy loves it, and so do I.

My custom sized panels fit perfectly and were easy to affix to the cage. The seller was quick to respond to my questions and walked me though how I was going to uniquely attach them since my crate was not made by the seller (I already had it). I would definitely recommend this seller!!!
