Returns and exchanges
I do take extra measures to store my seeds properly for maximum shelf life. I grow my plants with extra living care that big nurseries simply cannot do in a mass production scenario. My local customers love the quality of my plants and rave at their better production and vigor.
Payment
We prefer Credit Card and Paypal as to process your order without delay.
**If we sell out of something you order, we will notify you as soon as the issue is detected. I may even make a comparable suggestion, a favorite variety of mine. Never a variety I think may not be suitable to your area or of lesser quality. We will give you the option of choosing something else or obtaining a refund. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours we will issue the refund and send the remainder your order.
Shipping
As far as International packages, the USPS does not offer a reasonably priced tracking system for those packages so you are ordering at your own risk. I can prove I send your package, I cannot guarantee they will make it to you through your countries customs. In the event that your order does not arrive, I will gladly refund the purchase price of the seeds, but not the actual shipping charges. PLEASE check your countries own policies on bringing foreign seeds into your homeland. There are countries that do not allow seeds and plants in.
***SHIPPING TO WORK ADDRESSES: I prefer not to ship to a person;s work address as more times than not, the packages are returned to me as undeliverable. If a package is returned to me from a work address or an old address you forgot to change, I will kindly ask you to cover the additional charges of re-sending your package.
Additional policies and FAQs
Our seeds are germination tested twice a year for viability as per the requirements set forth by the USDA. Seeds must test at 75% germination or higher to be deemed viable.
