Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are considered final, however, if a situation does arise don't hesitate to contact me!
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for CREDIT only in my shop, minus original shipping and insurance costs. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE SHIPPING ANY ITEMS.
Please insure anything you send, as I cannot be responsible for anything lost in transit that is being returned to me. ITEMS MUST BE PACKAGED THE WAY YOU RECEIVED THEM....Please do not simply throw anything in an envelope, or it may be ruined, or worse yet, lost forever.
I stand behind the quality of my work. If you are dissatisfied due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, I will complete any repairs on a case by case basis. Again, please contact me before sending anything.
-For stock items, I have a exchange only policy.
-For custom designed items, I have a no exchange/no credit policy.
-For custom ring sizes , I have a no credit/ no exchange policy. I try to describe things very accurately, give accurate measurements and supply multiple image views so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy it. If you are dissatisfied simply because you do not like the design, I cannot honor a refund.
PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR RING SIZE PRIOR TO ORDERING.. Online ring sizing methods are often inaccurate, and I highly recommend having your finger sized in person at a local jewelry store.
If you find you need a different size than you have ordered, you can have the ring resized at a local jewelry store, or I can provide the service for a fee. The fee is dependent on the style of ring and complications involved and starts at $70. Many of my designs to not allow for traditional resizing methods, and a new ring will need to be made in the correct size at 50% of the original ring price.
