Welcome to Kerri Taylor Art! Everything I post in my shop is an original piece, made by me. I love to do custom pieces as well, so feel free to contact me for an original "art on demand" piece.

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, you have 7 days to return it to me in all the original packaging that it came in. Please return it through FedEx or UPS with insurance (the value of the painting listed) to make sure it is delivered back in reselling condition. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price minus any shipping costs back to your account.

Due to the fact that custom orders are made to the specifics of the customer, they are not returnable. Custom paintings will not be shipped until the customer is fully satisfied with the end result.
I accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Both are processed very quickly and most paintings will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. I also accept personal checks through the mail but it does take about a week for processing. Once payment is cleared, the painting will be shipped. Once the painting has shipped and you have received a tracking number, I cannot cancel the order.

PAYMENT PLANS: I accept payment plans on all of my artwork. They need to be paid in full 90 days from first initial payment.
I will package and ship your art within 3 to 5 business days once full payment has been processed. I insure all of my paintings/drawings and will provide a tracking number once shipped. I ask all customers to inspect their new piece of art very carefully to make sure that damages did not occur while shipping. Customers have 24 hours to email me of any damages so I can resolve the issue quickly. The customer must hold on to all original packaging in order for a claim to be processed. If the original packaging is not available, I am not able to help in the claim process and it is the customers full responsibility. It is my top priority that my paintings/drawings are of the highest quality and that the customer has a worry free experience.
