I accept payment through Pay Pal and major credit cards. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like me to put an item on hold, please let me know! I'm happy to hold your item for up to 48 hours.
Domestic shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Your tracking number will automatically be emailed to you when your order ships.
International shipments are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance. Depending on where your package is headed, you may only be able to track your package through U.S. departure. Please note, I cannot refund lost shipments at this time.
** Please be aware that customs fees may be charged at your local post office. Customers are occasionally surprised by these fees. Please double check with your local customs office if you are unsure whether import taxes will be applied to your purchase. All customs fees are your responsibility. **
Please let me know if you would like your items shipped express or at a slower/reduced rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please CONTACT ME as soon as you feel there is a problem with your order. I generally do not accept returns for items that do not fit properly (please double check the measurements). Otherwise, every situation is unique and PLEASE let me know if you are unhappy. I will do my best to work something out with you.
