Which forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept all major credit cards, Etsy Pay, Etsy gift cards and credits and Paypal.
Wrapping and packaging:
All items are neatly and securely packaged in either strong flat cardboard boxes (within the USA) or sturdy cardboard tubes (internationally), the safest way to ship fine art. Our packaging does not include any pricing information, so is perfect for gifts.
How long will it take to get my artwork?
❤ Un-customized and non personalized items- will generally ship out within 10 business days from your order date.
❤ Customized and Personalized items usually take 4-6 weeks to ship out.
Shipping to the USA is generally 3-7 Business days using UPS, and international shipping is generally 14 Business days using USPS.
❤ If your wedding date is closer than this, please be in touch to discuss rush order options- we can generally accommodate most requests within a reasonable time frame.
**Listed shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed, all ultimately depends on the postal services. We can not take responsibility for delays due to customs security, weather conditions, lost packages etc.

How do I order a ❤KetubaLove❤ Ketubah?
1. Place your order and complete payment
2. If relevant, we will assist you in selecting your personalization and text options
- we'll send multiple proofs to be looked over and make any changes as needed.

3. Once the final design is approved by you or your officiant, we'll create your ketubah and ship it out!
I would like matching invitations, or other personalized items not listed in your shop. Can you do this?
❤ We are happy to create any matching items including poems, gifts for parents, wedding invitations, save the dates, marriage certificates, Bar Bat Mitzvah invitations, signage, programs, menus, and more. Simply send us a convo and we will work with you to create a custom order according to your preferences and desires!
Shipping Address
Please make sure that the address you have listed on Etsy is correct - this is the target address. Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be reshipped with additional shipping costs.
If you change the address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. If you change the address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address changes.
If shipping is done to your workspace, hotel or any other public location - although we will do our best to assist, we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.
VAT, customs, import taxes etc.
NOTE: According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.
Gift wrapping/packaging and recycling info
All of our ketubahs and artwork are shipped via UPS/USPS or FEDEX in a secure flat box or in a sturdy art tube and do not include any pricing information so are perfect for gifts.
We encourage you to recycle our packaging and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper/cardboard/plastics etc. Alternatively, you can ship the packaging back to us and we will gladly recycle it for you, please contact us for the address. Buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees related to the retuning of the packaging.
