1 out of 5 starsThe description is vague on how many there are. The picture shows 4 but you only get one for the price. The seller is unresponsive to any questions and the shipping is questionable. I had to order a second one because the one I received had a broken corner.

Kyle, as a small business owner, I rely on the feedback of customers such as yourself and appreciate your candidness. I sincerely apologize that you are not satisfied with my work. Sometimes - rarely - shipping damage does occur. I would like to point out that, had you simply mentioned the damaged product (a shipping result, not a manufacture default), I'd have gladly replaced your coaster free of charge...in fact, my policy has always been to reconcile any damaged work with an additional free coaster, should the need arise. To date, I have received no contact from you which may explain my "unresponsive" nature. Feel free to reach out to discuss this further and have a wonderful day.

From the Heart of the Keystone State
After extensively renovating my South Philly row home I began creating housewares that would protect my furniture and set my living space apart from those of my friends and neighbors. Out of this period of experimentation, Keystone was born!
At Keystone all images are from original printed sources, meaning that nothing is ever printed or copied, ensuring the complete uniqueness of each finished piece. All painted coasters are created using hand-carved stamps and non-toxic, environmentally friendly paint. No piece can be duplicated in quite the same way and can even be customized to accommodate your request! In addition, all the coasters are thoroughly waterproofed and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
If you see something you like or would like a custom or large order, don't hesitate to ask! Keystone coasters make excellent groomsmen and bridal party gifts or housewarming presents. I also am present at many art shows and markets in and around Philadelphia so feel free to contact me for dates.
