Due to a recent table saw accident with a partial amputation, custom jewelry boxes are on hold. Thanks again for all of your support. It's a pleasure to do business with you:)

I currently accept Paypal. Payment is due upon checkout. Payment not received on any order within 24 hours will cancel your order and item will be relisted for sale. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped within Washington State only. You may use your credit card through PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

All jewelry boxes will ship via USPS. Depending on size of jewelry box, shipping will vary and is listed at the bottom of each etsy listing. All jewelry items will ship via First Class and First Class International. Every order will come with a tracking # which will be emailed to you once I ship your item.

Insurance is available upon request.

International orders usually arrive within 6-10 days but may take longer due to customs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am thrilled to have you as my customer and hope all items are to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email me to coordinate an exchange. I'll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt (for USA customers) and 14 days for International customers. Exchanges only - sorry, no refunds. Custom orders are not returnable, not refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Please return your items in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx). Items returned must be in the original condition they were received in. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I strive for 100% consumer satisfaction. Lucky You! Attention is paid to detail and all items will be made using only the finest materials. Wooden boxes are just that...they're wood and sometimes might have fine cracks, knots, etc. in the wood that give it character and are not actual defects. I try to list my items with attention to detail and show those details in the posted pictures. All items are not waterproof and care should be taken to keep them away from water. Sterling silver cleaning cloths and liquid sterling silver cleaner may be used on plain silver items and those plain silver items which also have swarovski crystals on them as it does not damage either. DO NOT allow your jewelry to soak in the liquid cleaner or this will damage it. All jewelry made with Bali silver or natural components (ie. pearls, gemstones, turquoise,etc) should only be cleaned with a lint free cloth to avoid any damage to the stones, etc.
