About

Making pottery for spiritual purposes is my passion!

I sold my first chalice on consignment back in the mid 90s at a small local shop called the Enchanted Chalice in Northwest Denver. When I first started my business after college in 1997, I worked in the kitchen of a tiny studio appartment. Eventually, I had a studio in the basement of a gallery, where I worked for a local professional potter making glazes and loading and unloading kilns. I now own a house and make my work in a small one car garage that is converted into a studio. (No garage door!)

During the late 90s, I sold my work in a lot of small local craft and psychic fairs, including at our Unitarian Church in Capital Hill. Later, I got the attention of more shop owners. I now sell my work at 5 local metaphsyical or apothecary style gift shops. If you are in Denver, you can find my work at Spiritways, Isis Gift Shop, Ye Olde Magick Shope, Quantum Alchemy/Pets Paradise, and Moondance Botanicals.

All of my work is either wheel thrown or handmade and is individually painted. I have 3 electric kilns, one of which is a little jewelry kiln. The pottery and jewelry, which is made from fine porcelain, is fired to 2230 degrees. A glaze firing typically takes 1 entire day plus one day to cool.

The pottery is food safe, lead free, and dishwasher and microwave safe. I own many of my previous mugs and plates and use them all the time in my own kitchen. The jewelry pendants come on an adjustable cord and are packed in a natural colored gift box.
