Thank you for visiting my shop. I hope you had fun looking around and found something you like! All of my pottery is made with food safe glazes. Pots can be cleaned in the dishwasher. I recommend hand washing to lengthen the life of your piece. If you have any questions about my pottery, please email me at kristen [!at]

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact me within 5 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs.
I appreciate and accept PayPal. I also accept cashier's check or money order. Payment is expected when you checkout. If you have trouble with your transaction or checking out, please refer to the Etsy and PayPal Help sections on this site. If paying with cashier's check or money order, I will send your order after I receive your payment.
If your purchase is a gift, I am happy to ship directly to the recipient. Please leave a message for me at checkout, and give me their name and address. I will include a printed note stating it is from you (and any message you have) and include my business card.

Smaller items are shipped promptly through the USPS in Flat Rate boxes. Larger items or multiples (3 or more usually) will be shipped FedEx Ground, within one week after payment is received. All items are insured with delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping which includes insurance and delivery confirmation, but may also include costs associated with packaging (ceramics require styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel).

Local patrons can stop by my studio to avoid shipping costs.

If your package is damaged in any way, it is your responsibility to notify the shipping agency (USPS or FedEx) of the damage and file a claim. Save the packaging, as you may need it as part of your claim.
