Olga made me 3 custom made samplers. Each one is different and very beautiful. I am very pleased with them. They are going to be Christmas presents. Once we have them framed I will put pictures of the samplers up for everyone to see. Olga is very easy to communicate with and very professional. She sent me pictures of the samplers as she finished them. I highly recommend Olga.

Accepted payment methods
*CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.
At check out you may select the option: "Don't have a PayPal account?"
Complete the secure transaction by entering your mailing and credit card information.
You may also use a credit card from within your PayPal account if you are a PayPal account holder.
If you are having a problem with checkout or payment processing, please let me know so that we may work together and resolve.
Please note that e-checks sent through PayPal can take up to five business days to clear. I will not be able to ship the item until payment is confirmed and has cleared all banking institutions.
I ship to the PayPal address used when purchasing an item unless told otherwise at the time of purchase. Please make sure your shipping address on PayPal and Etsy is correct and current.
♦ Domestic Shipments:
Items are shipped Postal Service via First Class mail or EMS, with delivery confirmation and signature. Shipping charges include cost of shipping/packaging and tracking.
♦ International Shipments:
Items are shipped via Postal Service using Registered Air Mail with delivery confirmation and signature required. Shipping charges include cost of shipping/packaging and tracking. International customers are responsible for their country's Customs, VAT and import duties. I complete the Customs Declaration with accurate information.
All items, except custom, and made to order items, will ship within four business days (excluding generally accepted holidays) of payment confirmation and clearance. I will hold items for later shipment at customer request and as mutually agreed.
Items listed as Digital Stamps [DigiStamps] or other electronically delivered items will ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation and clearance. All watermarks will be removed.
Custom crafted items will be shipped when completed and payment confirmation has been received. The completion date for a custom order will be defined with the customer when the initial order is placed.
All items are packed with care using materials suitable for the item being shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item and are displeased with the craftsmanship, quality, or representation please contact me so we may work together to resolve the issue in an agreeable manner. You have shown good faith when purchasing from us and I will work with you to make sure you are not disappointed that you trusted us to deliver a quality hand made item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it.
Please contact me to coordinate return of the item within seven (7) days of receipt. I will issue an in store credit or PayPal refund when I receive the returned item. The credit or refund will include the amount of the item purchased minus original shipping charges.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with any tags and labels still attached. Please package well when returning and send a message to us, when shipped, with tracking number included. The buyer is responsible for return shipping/packing/tracking costs and fees. Please note that issues with custom or personalized orders will be resolved on a case by case basis.
If an item is damaged in shipping please take pictures of the damaged package and item, from many angles, so that we may file proper claims and work together to resolve. Let me know as soon as possible about the damage and give a full description of packing and item damages.
If an item is lost by postal services then we will work together to file appropriate claims and resolve the issue. For international deliveries please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive. If an item is returned to me for nondelivery or as refused, I will try to contact the purchaser to coordinate a second shipment of the item at the purchasers expense.
Digital Stamps [DigiStamps] or other digital media [listing will contain a note describing as digital art/stamp]:
There are NO returns on Digital Stamps/digital media. This policy ONLY applies to items that are described in the listing as digitally delivered art/stamp. Due to the nature of these items we can not make exceptions to this NO return policy. Please allow 24 hours for receipt of the image after payment is received and confirmed. The digital stamp is emailed as a 300dpi black and white image unless described otherwise in the item description.
NOTE: Image is sent to the email listed on your PayPal account. If you prefer that another email address is used, please leave a message with the different email when you check out.
