I had to get a refund. I had ordered when the store was open. The store closed and when the product still hadn't even been shipped passed its arrival. I was fine with getting the product late but when contacting the seller I only ever got an automated message. Eventually, I just had to call it quits. I wish the seller had just communicated with me at all.

I never received this. I did contact the seller about a month ago and they did message me back, but it has still never arrived.

I had ordered from this shop before and had a good experience. I decided to order again to grow my decals with Jester. I ordered it March 15, and waited for it to arrive. Seller never shipped the item. I messaged the seller 3 times and never heard back from her. The last message was that the shop was closed to fill orders. But still no word from the seller. I put in a report to etsy, and the seller never even responded to that. I was happy with my first order in November. But this time I was very disapointed.

The work looked great, but after ordering, not getting my order and trying several times to contact the shop, I am very disappointed with this one. No communication at all. And if the owner is not doing this work anymore, they arent telling anyone which is the worst part.

If I could give a zero I would. The tracking number they provided was greyed out, like not "The Label Hasn't Been Created" thing on USPS's website, but the number itself was invalid. The package never arrived, and I contacted the seller for help and they claimed they sent another one. It's been over a month, and all messages I have sent have gone ignored (and I sent three, one a week). Really bad experience. I ordered the original package in the first week of January, and neither arrived. The radio silence from the seller is not okay either
