Accepted payment methods

I am only accepting PayPal as the only payment method as of the moment.

Please read below my policies these will help you when to expect your order ;)

♥Made to Order Policy

All T-shirts are made to order, I have a cut off time for all orders every Wednesday and the day after is the time were in I will work on all of your orders and will ship it on the coming Saturday.
This means for example:
If you buy a T-shirt on Thursday that shirt will be made Thursday next week because it didn’t meet the cut-off time of Wednesday and it will be shipped on Saturday the next week.

♥Shipping Method

Standard International Shipping (usually Ships by SAL) is my way of shipping your orders. The Standard Int’l Shipping rate shown is the cost to ship the item via standard postal service shipping methods, does not have a tracking number, and is not trackable.

Again, this method does not have a tracking number and is not trackable.

♥Shipping FAQ

1. How long does shipping takes?
*Here are some general guidelines for shipping times. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after you received your shipping notice, not after the time you place your order.

• SAL: 10-30 business days* (varies greatly by country- Belgium, Italy, and most South American countries are especially slow)

*A business day is a week day, excluding Philippines national holiday. 30 business days is six weeks.

For postal service shipping, costumers in Asia can expect their packages at the lower end of these estimates, while customers in South America can take quite a bit longer. Also, my experience shows that costumers in Italy and Brazil should be prepared to wait up to double the above times for their packages.

Keep in mind that these times are the usual amount of time it takes and packages can be delayed for any number of reasons. Because such delays are out of my control, please do not contact me about your package being delayed until at least double the maximum amount of time shown above has passed. Please DO NOT leave a negative or un-natural feedback. I’m concerned with your purchase also. If you have waited that long, and you still have no package, please see the following below:

• Before you contact me about missing package, please allow twice the maximum number of days shown on my shipping time information. In addition, you may wish to contact your local post office and see if your package isn’t being held for you. Often times, packages are held for customs reasons, or because they won’t fit in your mail box. In those cases, the mail carrier will leave a postcard informing you of this, but those sometimes go astray.

Please note that SAL shipping does not have a tracking number and is not trackable.

If you have waited more than twice the maximum number of days but your order still has not arrived, please follow the steps below:

a. Check your local post office. Often , the post office (or customs officials in some countries) will send you a postcard informing you that your package has arrived. If you didn’t received this postcard for some reason, your package may just be sitting at the post office waiting for you.

b. Check to make sure that the shipping address you sent to us is correct (you can do this by checking the order confirmation notice after you place your order). With a simple typing error there can cause huge problems!

c. If you moved recently, make sure you left a forwarding address with your previous post office.

d. Make sure that a family member or co-worker (if you had your order shipped to work) didn’t received your package and then forget to tell you about it.
If all of these steps fail to turn up your package, then please contact me and I’ll work out a solution for you.

Please Note: If the recommended time has elapsed and you still have not received your package, please contact me as soon as possible. The postal service will not search for a package if it was shipped more than six months ago. If you fail to contact me within six months from the day your order was shipped, or contacted me more than six months after your package shipped after I asked to contact me by an earlier date if your package had not reached you, I regret that it will be impossible for me to assist you.

2. Can I guarantee delivery by a certain date?
No, I can’t. I cannot make promises about when a certain item will reach you.
Nevertheless, if you have a certain delivery date that you’d like to meet, try the following. It should work in almost all cases ;)

• Count backward on your calendar from the date you need to have the item. To determine the number of days to count back, start with the maximum number of days in my shipping method info. Then add 2 weeks (14) days to that. For example, you would add 6 weeks +2 weeks for total of 8 weeks. Therefore, in this case, you would count 8 weeks back from the date you needed to have the item. Make note of the date you reach by counting backward.

*Please note that even if you take these precautions before ordering, I cannot guarantee delivery of an item by or before any particular date; once item has been shipped, delivery times are out of my control. I really appreciate your understanding in this matter ^_^

Refunds and Exchanges
Please always consult with me before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason. If you contact me first, I always authorize returns of saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 10 days of delivery for a cash refund for merchandise, although I will not refund the shipping charges necessary to return the item to us in Philippines. You will shoulder the shipping fee in sending it back to us.

"Saleable condition" means the item is in like-new condition with all parts and components present, that it's packed exactly as I packed it.

☻Please also note that Wondering Lolita does not cover any fees charged by your credit card company or PayPal when processing refunds. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

☻If a return becomes necessary due to a shipping damage or a defect in the product, I will compensate you by cash refund for the merchandise and the shipping charges to return the item to Philippines if you ship the item as directed by us. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject claims of manufacturing defects on items if had passed 10 days already.

☻I we accept customers' cancellations of all or part of their order at any time while I haven't shipped the item. I will give cash refund for the exact amount that you paid but all necessary fees by Paypal to your account is not in my control.
