As the products are hand made some of the detailing may vary slightly from the photographs, I will endeavour to match designs as closely as possible. Colours may look a little different in real life due to varying monitor display settings.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, firstly please contact me within 7 days to discuss a refund/exchange. Return postage lies with the customer.

All Payments must be made through Paypal, as it’s the easiest and most secure method, you don’t need a Paypal account to do this, just a credit card.

You must pay for your order within 3 days of ordering as is stated in Etsy’s policy. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.

Kikichoo products are made and sent from the UK.

Once payment has been received items will be shipped within 3 days. First class mail in the UK, and airmail where applicable. I will send you an email to let you know when your item has been shipped.

If your item is being sent outside the UK and is less urgent I can send it by surface mail, this is cheaper but will take longer to deliver.

I will send your package to your Etsy address. If you want me to send to a different address, please let me know.

The buyer will be responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes.
