Payment
I am verified with Paypal and accept Paypal only. If you cancel your order after I have secured the payment, I will first try to contact you, then refund your money. If you cancel after I ship it, I will not refund your money.
Shipping
I do ship worldwide, but anything outside of the U.S. tends to be pretty expensive right now. If you'd like insurance, a tracking number or delivery confirmation, let me know in a note BEFORE you purchase your item and I will recalculate your shipping price [unless the item has free shipping].
Refunds and Exchanges
If your purchase gets lost or damaged during shipment, I will refund 100% of your money paid for the product back to you. I do not refund shipping costs. If your product gets damaged within 30 days of its arrival, you are welcome to contact me about either fixing or replacing the item. If you ship it to me to fix it, you must pay for the shipping. I do not charge for the repair. This only applies to the handmade jewelry. However, if you purchase a studded item and you lose more than one stud/spike within 30 days of it's arrival, I will do my best to either replace the studs/spikes if I can or guide you to the best place to buy replacements.
Additional policies and FAQs
Because everything I do is either handmade or vintage, each item is 100% unique and one of a kind, therefore, I do not do wholesale or consignment. However, if something you like has been sold, you are welcome to inquire about a possible custom order similar or identical to that item.
