The ring was bent and the beads were falling off. The silver ring was real cheap.

I am very sad and disappointed to read such negative comments, Kathy. This was a $14 adjustable ring. It is bendable in order to conform to the shape and size to the individual wearing it. I know it was sent in tip top shape. I suspect it may have been damaged during shipping. We communicated more than a dozen times while planning this custom order for you during which time I supplied detailed photos of the finished item. I made every effort to ensure you received a piece that you would love. I was very communicative during the entire process. Had you reached out to me to discuss this issue I'd have done anything within my power to correct the problem, even if I felt it was caused by the Postal Service. I wish you'd given me the opportunity instead of surprising me with such negative, unkind and unfair comments.
