Welcome to Imaginary Kingdom. This shop currently sells prints of original digital illustrations drawn by Kimberly Low / digispectre. More of my work can be found at http://imaginarykingdom.net/. You can also find my digital artwork at http://digispectre.deviantart.com/.

My policy is simple: keep in contact and be honest. If for any reason you have any problems before or during transaction, tell me as soon as possible. I will do the same if I have any problems in adhering to my end of the transaction. Communication is the best way to keep all parties happy!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Orders are currently accepted through PayPal only. If you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not using PayPal, please contact me so we can talk about arranging another method of payment appropriate for your situation. You do not need an account to make a payment through PayPal.

Payments should be made within 48 hours, or else the transaction will be cancelled. If for any reason you cannot send the payment or are having trouble with payment, please contact me within 48 hours.

Shipments will be sent the weekend after payment is received.
Shipping
Shipping prices reflect shipping and handling: both the cost of basic shipping and the cost of packaging your item(s). It covers insurance (up to $100) and tracking, but does not cover express shipping or any other features. It also does not cover customs and duty fees. If you would like to add these features to your shipment, please contact me so I can give you an adjusted price quote.

If you have any specialty shipping instructions, please contact me. Special instructions may require an extra fee on top of the base shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may send the item for a refund. However, keep in mind that monitors display colors differently than ink on paper, so what you see on your screen may not be an exact match for your print.

You may return an item if you find it unsatisfactory, as long as it is in original and sell-able condition. Please contact me so I can give you an appropriate refund, which includes the full price of item and the shipping cost. However, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Returned items must be placed back in their original packaging, or within reasonable packaging that will preserve the product. Products that are damaged or in an unsellable condition may only be eligible for a partial refund.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, contact me as soon as possible. Items that are damaged or lost during shipment may be eligible for replacement or refund, depending on the situation and the extent of damage. Replacements and refunds for damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Objects that are damaged or otherwise altered after shipment are not eligible for replacement or refund.
