I create my artwork with polymer clay, a manmade material that I'm happy to say is now phthalate-free. It's good to be green! The clay I use is a high-quality artist's clay which is strong and durable and should last as long as you do.

Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and I give much time and consideration not only to the creative process but also to designing and finishing each piece that I offer. The items you see with a shiny finish are a result of much sanding and buffing. Since the colors in polymer clay are permanent and will not fade with normal use, there's no need to apply any artificial coatings or protectants to the surface. These pieces can be cleaned with a mild soap and a soft cloth if necessary.

Any additional materials that I use in my artwork are described in their respective listings.
